michael's barbarian

i'm bettin, if you look, all but like two of my traditional art submissions are michael's stuff. i just totally enjoy his characters. and the barbarian was no exception. sorry about the background, i know it looks like crap. something told me things behind her were aflame, but it didn't really turn out the way i had imagined it. limited palette and the inability to mix colours properly will do that to you. this is also my first go at using darker versions of the main colours as the outline. i think i rather like it, i may use it again.
